Refund policy
According to Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or customized according to the buyer's request or individual specifications.
Since all our products are made individually through a Print-on-Demand system, returns and cancellations are not possible.
❗ Exception: if the product arrives defective or damaged. In this case, the customer is required to report the problem within 14 days to the following address:

It is mandatory to attach at least one photo clearly showing the defect or damage to the email.
Only in this way can we process the complaint.
After investigating the complaint, if justified, we will either remake the product free of charge or refund the price.
