These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products (T-shirts and accessories) offered in the Temple of Green Elixir online shop.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts these conditions.

3. Type of Products

All our products are individually made to order.
We hold no physical stock – each piece is produced only after the order is received.

4. Ordering Process

  • The buyer selects the desired product and adds it to the shopping cart.
  • The order is recorded electronically with secure payment processing.
  • The buyer receives an automatic confirmation email.
  • The order is produced and then shipped to the specified delivery address.

5. Production and Delivery Times

Production time: on average 2 working days (if a product requires a longer production time, this is indicated in the respective product description).

6. Payment Methods

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been individually manufactured or personalized according to consumer specifications.
Therefore, our products (individually made POD items) cannot be returned except if they are defective or damaged during transport.

8. Warranty and Complaints

In case of defective or damaged products:

  • The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods: templeofgreenelixir@gmail.com
  • We will investigate the complaint and, if justified, remake the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

9. Data Protection

Temple of Green Elixir complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) as well as the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Spanish law.
In case of disputes, the parties may refer to the courts at the consumer's place of residence in Spain.
